By accessing or using curopdf.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of service

CuroPDF provides browser-based PDF processing tools. All file processing occurs locally in your browser. CuroPDF does not receive, store or process your documents on any server.

3. Permitted use

You may use CuroPDF for any lawful personal or professional purpose. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent, disable or interfere with security features
• Use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the Site at scale
• Republish or resell the Site’s tools or output as your own service without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary code from the Site

4. Your responsibility for documents

You are solely responsible for the documents you process using CuroPDF. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to process the documents you upload to the tool
• Processing your documents does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your use of the output files complies with all applicable laws

CuroPDF does not review, access or have visibility into any documents you process. We cannot be responsible for the content of documents processed through our tools.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

CuroPDF is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The tools will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results will be accurate or meet your specific requirements
• The Site will be available at any particular time

You use CuroPDF at your own risk. Always maintain backups of important documents before processing.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CuroPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to data loss, document corruption or business interruption.

7. Intellectual property

The CuroPDF name, logo, website design and original code are the intellectual property of CuroPDF. The underlying PDF processing libraries (PDF.js, jsPDF, etc.) are open-source and subject to their respective licences.

You retain full ownership of any documents you process using CuroPDF. We claim no rights over your documents or their output.

8. Third-party tools and links

CuroPDF may link to or recommend third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites.

9. Modifications to service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of CuroPDF at any time without notice. We will endeavour to maintain core tools as free and available, but cannot guarantee this unconditionally.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
